Christina has over 8 years of experience in the Mortgage & Finance industry. She has worked as a Loan Processor and Closing Coordinator for TreeHouse Mortgage for the past 4 years. Christina now offers this expertise to the Daunt Team, as well as her ability to help Heidi find the perfect loan program to fit your needs. She will keep you updated on the progress of your loan regarding status of the loan approval, conditions, closing costs and funding. She is easy to reach, very thorough, and is able to communicate the loan process in the simplest of terms.

Dawn is the third member of the Daunt Team at TreeHouse Mortgage Group. She has over 3 years experience as a Realtor and 25 years as a business owner. Dawn is dedicated to creating an enjoyable loan experience for you. She coordinates the Daunt Team appointments and assists Heidi in the initial setup of your loan. She will mail your loan closing package to you and make sure that you get a copy of your appraisal. Dawn ensures your loan closing statement is delivered directly to your tax advisor in time for tax season. She will also provide you with an annual “financial check up,” giving you the peace of mind knowing your finances are kept current and manageable.
